These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wintime ("wintime," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the wintime online gaming platform available at wintime.one (the "Platform"), including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with wintime's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and wintime.

To register and use the wintime Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of wintime, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the wintime Platform or any other gaming platform operated by wintime's affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

wintime reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section.

To access the full range of wintime services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all wintime accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one wintime account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wintime Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. wintime will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify wintime immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• KYC Verification: wintime may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the wintime Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account status and chosen payment method.
• wintime accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI (via InstaPay), BDO (via InstaPay), and Metrobank (via InstaPay). Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wintime account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• wintime does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• wintime reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you at the time of your withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. wintime reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 3 business days.
• wintime will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your withdrawal account must match the name on your wintime account.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with Philippine tax law.

wintime offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all wintime bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. These specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, supersede the general bonus terms set out in this section.
• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. wintime reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games specified in the relevant bonus terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• wintime reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored.

All games available on the wintime Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general rules apply across all wintime games:

• All game outcomes on the wintime Platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer. wintime does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, wintime will use its best efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account. wintime's decision in such matters is final.
• Players must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior directed at wintime staff, live dealers, or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players — including but not limited to sharing cards, coordinating bets, or any other form of cheating — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

wintime reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines to have been affected by a technical error, human error, or any form of cheating or collusion.

wintime is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to support those players seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their wintime account at any time. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase will only take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session time reminders that will notify them when they have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gaming may request self-exclusion from the wintime Platform. Self-exclusion periods are available for a minimum of 6 months and up to a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, wintime will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account and will not send you marketing communications.
• Age Restriction: wintime strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. We use age verification tools and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

All content on the wintime Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of wintime or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wintime Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the wintime Platform without the prior written consent of wintime.
• The wintime name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of wintime. You may not use any wintime trademark without our prior written consent.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to wintime regarding the Platform may be used by wintime without any obligation to compensate you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wintime's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wintime account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wintime shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered therein.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any technical failures, including internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or software errors beyond wintime's reasonable control.

wintime reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• wintime reasonably suspects that you have engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• You have opened multiple accounts in violation of these Terms.
• wintime is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• You have engaged in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward wintime staff or other players.
• wintime determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon termination of your account, any balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonuses and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required KYC verification and provided that no fraud or breach of these Terms is found.

You may close your wintime account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wintime Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of the Philippines.

wintime's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

wintime reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the wintime Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
